So...how did you do? Did you use any of your tax money to reach your
Provident Living goals? We got all of our long term storage (except rice and I still have to put the wheat in buckets) but I haven't updated out 72-hour kits.
Let me know what you did. I am ready to start making rewards! Check out my

Food storage was in good order, but our 72 hour kits needed to be done better. Used an idea from Food Storage Made Easy and managed to pack food, buddy burner, and sierra cup into a gallon milk carton. We found the straight sided, more rectangular type from Costco worked fantastic and the fit well in the box in the trunk. Purchased some gallons of water in similar shape to go with them.
We filled two orders at the cannery and one with walton feed. We will be all done with long term storage with one more cannery order. I think we will head out there in July and do it. We have money set aside for the 3 month supply and we just have to go buy the stuff. We have a bunch of water barrells we just need to fill them up.
